Teacher

Freya teaches primarily contemporary floorwork combined with classical and urban influences. Her work consists of an exhaustive warm-up with attention for the right body placement, power and coordination. She mainly focuses on organic breathing through dance, dynamics and intentions in movement, theatrical performance and spatial awareness in and outside the body.
